Vacation Rental Description

Ideally located in Grandview Heights, this wonderfully unique 
cottage was built in 1911, and is the second oldest house in the 
neighborhood. Native, tropical landscaping surrounds the cottage, 
which offers off-street parking. Standout backyard details include a 
courtyard of old bricks salvaged from Chicago, a pergola with 
seating for six, and a classic saltwater pool. 

New Key West style decor is smart and inviting and welcomes you with 
a sense of comfortable living and modern amenities. And, nothing 
says, "Don't touch me".

This beautifully restored cottage is bold and charming, yet 
comfortable and reminiscent of past time. Original features 
include: Dade County Pine floors, fireplace and claw foot tub and 
shower. 

Cottages are licensed resort dwellings and are inspected annually 
for cleanliness and safety by the City of West Palm Beach, Palm 
Beach County and the State of Florida.  Each cottage has hard wired 
smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers.

American Express, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted forms of payment.
We also accept company or personal checks (US funds only)for advance 
payment. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Accommodations include: one bedroom with queen pillowtop seagrass 
bed, one bathroom, living room with futon couch (converts to double 
bed), dining room (seats four), fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor 
pergola (seats six). 
Amenities include: continental breakfast (self serve provided by 
us), spa robes, crisp white bed linens, bath and pool towels, pool 
floats, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, 
Maytag laundry center, hair dryer, 26” Samsung LCD flat panel TV 
with DIRECTV service with movie channels, DVD/CD/MP3 player, CD 
clock radio with alarm (with auxiliary input for MP3 players),802.11 
a/b/g WiFi internet access available, International phone and FAX 
service available. 

Activities and Attractions

Casa Grandview is within walking distance or a short car ride to 
many places.  Five minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, 
Palm Beach's famed Worth Avenue, City Place Shops & Restaurants, The 
Flagler Musuem, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and The Norton 
Art Gallery.  Sightsee at the Morakami Musuem or the Mounts 
Botanical Gardens.  Enjoy live entertainment at Clematis by Night 
(Thursday evenings).  Visit Howard Park for Tennis/Dog Park/Play 
Areas/Fitness Walk.  Enjoy the Society of Four Arts Library, Lion
