Vacation Rental Description

This renovated 1924 Spanish Mission style, two bedroom, two bath 
home epitomizes our easy-going island lifestyle. Lush tropical
landscaping, private Chicago brick courtyard, and white picket 
fences welcome you to the storybook entrance.
 
Vintage appeal is evident throughout and care was given during 
renovation to maintain some of the original integrity.  
Gleaming Dade County Pine floors showcase new upscale furnishings 
and provide warmth and ambiance. Sundance is approx. 1,200 sq.ft. and
offers two bedrooms/two bathrooms and is suitable for up to six 
guests.  Both bedrooms have four poster queen beds with separate 
baths. The south sitting room features a wet-bar and lending library 
and has a Natuzzi leather sectional (with a queensize sleeper). 
Enjoy a leisurely meal in our eat-in kitchen or grill in the outside 
kitchen and dine poolside. Relax in the sun filled sitting area off 
the south bedroom, or enjoy reading or TV viewing off the north 
bedroom. Venture outside to the private courtyard with seating for 
six.  

Our cottages are City, County, and State Licensed Resort Dwellings--
available for short or long term rentals.  And, if cleanliness and 
safety are on your "must have" list, you'll find it in your Casa 
Grandview cottage. For your added peace of mind, our cottages offer 
hard wired smoke detectors and emergency lighting with battery back-
up and certified fire extinguishers.  Dusk to dawn lighting, 
complimentary parking and keyless entry are also provided. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include all linens, bath & pool towels, spa robes, sewing 
kit, hair dryers, fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, 
ceiling fans, washer/dryer & detergent, bottled water and non-
alcoholic beverages, ironing board and iron, clock radio, hair 
dryers, mini reading lights, 802.11 a/b/g wireless internet access, 
37" Plasma TV, Flat Screen TV/DVD, satellite service with music 
chanels, deluxe pillow-top mattresses, porta crib, spa, use of two 
custom pools, outside kitchen and gas grills, off-street parking,

Casa Grandview is within walking distance or a short car ride to 
many places.  Five minutes from Palm Beach's famed Worth Avenue, 
City Place Shops & Restaurants, The Flagler Musuem, Kravis Center 
for the Performing Arts and The Norton Art Gallery.  Sightsee at the 
Morakami Musuem or Mounts Botanical Gardens.  Enjoy live 
entertainment at Clematis by Night (Thursday evenings).  The West 
Palm Beach Green Market on Saturday offers local produce, flowers, 
baked goods, locally made cheese, seafood and coffee and breakfast 
items.  Visit Howard Park (Tennis/Dog Park/Play Area/Fitness Walk),
the Society of the Four Arts Library, Lion Country Safari, Rapids 
Water Slide Park, Diva Duck Water Tours, City Place Carriage Rides, 
John Prince Park or the Loxahatchee Wildlife Preserve.
