This beautiful,luxury villa sits proudly on a gorgeous oceanfront  
lot in Puerto Aventuras. Casa Mediterranea is furnished in the  
traditional style of a luxury Mediterranean home and boasts the open  
spaces and clean lines typical of this design. The owners spared no  
expense in furnishing this stunning villa, striking the perfect  
balance between sophistication and luxury. Each of the five bedrooms  
are spacious, have private bathrooms and individual climate  
controls, affording all guests the highest level of comfort and  
privacy. Special features such as the walk-through shower from the  
ocean to the pool patio, heated jacuzzi tub, and shallow sunbathing  
area in the swimming pool set this villa apart as distinctive and  
sophisticated. A generous assortment of pool and ocean toys, golf  
clubs, and kayaks are evidence that these owners have thought of  
everything. Ideally equipped for groups up to 10, Casa Mediterranea  
is the superb choice for your family vacation or corporate retreat.

to all reservations or I will make arrangements for you.

Activities and Attractions

Puerto Aventuras is a world class residential community resort  
located in the heart of the Mexican Caribbean. Here you will find a  
magical blend of lush tropical beauty with an easy going yet  
sophisticated life style. Puerto Aventuras is the only gated  
community on the Mexican Caribbean coast, ensuring your vacation  
will be very different from the stereotypical perceptions  
of "touristy" Mexico. While the entire area is very safe, the  
private security adds an extra level of comfort. 
 
Most activities are within walking distance from Casa Mediterranea.   
We have also arranged for our guests to have access to the  
facilities at the Omni Resort in Puerto Aventuras at no charge.   
This membership will allow up to 10 adults (1 child per adult at no  
charge) per day to enjoy the amenities that the Omni Resort offers  
it's own guest.  You will be able to lounge on the beautiful sandy  
beach in a comfortable lounge chair.  Towels will be furnished to  
you by the staff at the Omni.  You will also be able to purchase  
drinks and food and merchandise from various shops at a 20 percent  
discount.   Again, all of this is at NO CHARGE to anyone staying at  
Casa Mediterranea. 
 
Puerto Aventuras boasts (within walking distance from Casa  
Mediterranea):

the dolphins swim or swim with the dolphins (Dolphin Discovery)

beautiful 36 par jungle golf course was designed in 1991 by Thomas  
Leman and is still one of the best kept secrets in the area and a  
low cost to you, under $50 or you can purchase a weeks pass for less  
than $200 USD. There are also several tennis courts available for  
use next to the golf course. (2 sets of golf clubs provided at the villa)
