Rent this 3000 sq ft brand new exquisite penthouse apartment available seasonally or yearly located 
in Melbourne, FL with its world famous climate.  This location has the ocean as your front yard and 
a golf course with the widest part of the Intercoastal Waterway as your backyard. Breathtaking views 
of both sunrise and sunset are equally as enchanting as watching the dolphins frolic in the light of 
a full moon.  A magical place, away from everyday cares.  This is a place to immerse yourself in 
nature and luxury.  Accessed by your private elevator, this luxury apartment is fully designer 
funished from brand new furniture an dlines, a fully equipped kitchen and original art work created 
to enhance the ambience.

Three bedroom suites, each have its own private bath, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV.  Flexible 
sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the master suite, Queen size in one bedroom suite 
and twin beds in the other.  The entire aprtment is equipped for 8 as one sofa also opens to a Queen 
bed, and the dishes, silver etc. are geared for a maximum of 8 guests.

The media room features wrap-around leather recliner sofa and high definition large flat screen TV 
with cable and DVD for your comfort and entertainment.  The kitchen area includes the latest 
appliances, and is fully equipped for gourmet cooking.  It also has a dining area overlooking the 
ocean.  The entire unit has wrap around balconies, East, South and West.  The grand entrance hall 
leads to a formal dining room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is private underground parking and private beachfront parking.  The residents have state of 
the art gymnasium, private tennis courts, clubhouse and 18 hole golf course, and for those quiter 
momments, their own library. 

The golf course has several beautiful lakes, fully visible from the balconies.
