Location:  Kai Lani at Ko Olina Resort, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii, USA.

Accommodations:  Oceanfront Resort Condo - 3 Bedrooms -2 Baths - 
Sleeps 2-8 people. 

Enjoy Living in Paradise in this beautiful 3-bedroom Ocean Front 
home. This corner, end unit is located on the Greenbelt overlooking 
the Pacific Blue. Delight in a relaxing breakfast on the lanai, then 
stroll down to the water to relax on any of the 4 amazing white sand 
beach lagoons. The protected lagoons are wonderful for sun bathing, 
swimming and diving in the warm water with excellent visibility for 
snorkeling. You may happen upon a gorgeous "Honu", Hawaiian Sea 
Turtle or perhaps enjoy the company of seals! Keep a look out for 
the incredible Humpback Whales during whale season.    
     Our 1357 sq. ft. home is located in the gated community of Kai
Lani at Ko Olina. These homes were designed to reflect the character 
of traditional Hawaiian architecture, while providing all the modern 
conveniences, including dishwasher, central air conditioning, washer 
and dryer, range, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. The 
complex has a delightful pool area, with hot tub, patio furniture 
and gas grills available for your use.
     Our rooms have been furnished in "Island Style” to complement 
the exquisite surroundings. The master suite features a large, 
comfortable bedroom with an ocean view, king size bed and a generous 
walk-in closet. Master Bath features dual sinks, tub, and a glass-
enclosed shower.  
     The Second and Third Bedrooms have Queen sized beds to 
accommodate two people,Also A Television in each bedroom. Plenty of 
storage space in dressers and 
closets. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. 
Pull out Sleeper in Living Room can accommodate 2 people as well.  
     The kitchen is prepared for you and includes a coffee maker, 
toaster, rice cooker, microwave and a spice rack. Granite 
countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
      Enjoy a candlelit romantic evening on the lanai while 
listening to Polynesian drums from Paradise Cove Luau adjacent to 
Kai Lani, or enjoy a three minute walk and experience Oahu's best 
authentic Hawaiian luau for yourself.
     Within walking distance at the Ko Olina resort area are 4 ocean 
lagoons perfect for swimming, snorkeling--or just lying on the 
beach.

Property is Located on the sunny side, (leeward - southwestern)of 
the island, 30 minutes from the airport.

Activities and Attractions

For recreation within the Exclusive Gated Community of Ko'Olina 
Resort, you have the 18 Hole Ted Robinson's Championship Golf 
Course.  Relax on any of the 4 protected white sand beach lagoons 
which offer sun bathing, wonderfully calm and warm water with 
excellent visibility for snorkeling and swimming.  Paddle boats, 
kayaks, and other items are available for rent at the Lagoon. At the 
Ko Olina Marina boat slip, you can arrange for fishing, snorkeling, 
scuba diving, whale and dolphin watching, boating, and sailing. A 
large percentage of the Humpback whales migrate to Hawaii every year 
to have their young. They put on incredible displays of acrobatics 
and the young calves are very playful and active.

Ko Olina Resort boasts two Wedding Chapels. The J. W. Marriott 
Ihilani offers a full service Spa and fine dining restaurant. Roy's 
Pacific Rim Cuisine Restaurant overlooks the golf course.

Kapolei is a five-minute drive where you will find all of your 
necessities. There is a supermarket, drug store, many shops and 
restaurants, and a 16-plex movie theater. Kapolei is also the home 
of Hawaiian Waters Amusement Park. You and your children will enjoy 
all of the water slides and rides.  

You and your family will have access to many different activities on 
the Island. Golf, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Jet Skiing,

Vacation Rental Rates

$4200 - $5000 per month

The Rate varies depending on the Season, number of occupants and 
length of stay. The Community requires a minimum rental term here of 
a month, which makes for a nice atmosphere. You will find this 
amazing property to be a great value compared to hotel stays or 
weekly condo rentals. Please call with any questions. 

Refundable Security Deposit required.
Cleaning Fee of $300 for the month.
Mid-Month Cleaning is available for appr $75.00
No Smoking inside please and No pets.
