Winter:  11/22 - 4/30   $140/night, $840/wk, $2520/mo - 3 night min 
Spring:  5/01 - 6/15    $120/night, $720/wk, $2160/mo - 3 night min 
Summer:  6/16 - 9/15    $160/night, $960/wk, $2880/mo - 3 night min 
Fall:    9/16 - 11/21   $140/night, $840/wk, $2520/mo - 3 night min 
STAY LONGER FOR LESS...pay for 6 nights and get the 7th night free! 
(except holidays).
$150 cleaning fee applies to all rentals!
$350 refundable damage deposit applies to all rentals!
Payments:  
50% of total required within 4 days of reservation. Balance due 30 
days prior to arrival. Payments accepted in the form of traveler’s 
checks, bank money orders, or cashiers checks made payable to Stuart 
M Brown.  Last minute payments may be made via credit card through 
Paypal (ask for Paypal account).....US funds only. 
Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days, all monies refunded except for $35 cancellation 
fee.  60 days or less: We will refund any amount paid that can be 
recovered by re-renting the days reserved.
