Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful lakefront home in Lakewood, NY, on the southwest side of  
peaceful Lake Chautauqua.  The house sits 100 feet away from the  
lake with a private dock for fishing, boating, swimming or tanning.   
Within 10 miles of historic Chautauqua Institution, our home is  
perfect for making family memories.  Enjoy the serene setting and  
beautiful lake views as you dine or just relax on the large porch  
that stretches the width of the house

Vacation Rental Amenities

Four bedrooms with two full baths and fully-equipped kitchen with  
Corian counter tops. (coffee pot, microwave, pots and pans, dishes,  
silverware). Large natural pine family room includes cable TV and CD  
player along with games and books.  Adjoining dining room seats 6  
comfortably.  Ceiling fans throughout the house keep a cool breeze  
blowing.   Master bedroom has queen size bed.  Other bedrooms have  
double bed, bunk beds and two twin beds.  Please bring all linens,  
towels, etc. (Not provided) Laundry room with washer and dryer. 
 
Large porch has table and chairs for dining. Gas grill for  
barbequing.  The lakeside fire pit is great for roasting  
marshmallows or just gathering with friends and family.   
No Pets Please.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, boating, sailing, waterskiing, fishing, shopping,  
education, eating….is there anything else?  Within 10 miles of  
historic Chautauqua Institution.  Known for its gingerbread-style  
cottages, quaint shops and lovely grounds this community has been  
celebrating the arts, spirituality, education and recreation for 130  
years.  Take in a lecture, an opera or ballet; see a headliner or  
just shop. 
Minutes to boat rentals, grocery stores, antique shops, wineries,  
museums, restaurants and even an amusement park.  Less than 40 miles  
to the new Seneca Allegany Casino.  (Exit 20 off I86 E)
