requires a $500 security deposit with a signed lease agreement 
which will be refundedwithin 1 week of departure.

50% of total rental cost  60days before arrival


Cancellation Policy:


Security Deposit between 60-31days prior to arrival

If cancellation is 30 days or less, all monies will be forfeited.
