  This 1,161 sq. ft. Executive Condo is set in the exclusive  
Royal Palm Bay a perfect vacation retreat for you and your  
family to enjoy! Has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8  
guests.  
 
  The master bedroom features King size bed and private bathroom, the 2nd bedrooms feature 2 Twin beds.  
 
  The living room is equipped with 2 sofa bed, 3 TV`s, VCR, DVD so  
everyone in the family can enjoy personal time! and a fully  
equipped kitchen, including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher and  
washer & dryer.  
 
  Linen & towels are provided.  
 
   Enjoy all of the fabulous attractions that Orlando has to offer  
 
including the world-famous bass fishing in the Kissimmee lakes and

   IMPORTANT NOTES 
 
   CHECK IN/OUT 
   Check in time to all of our properties is at 4.00PM  
   and check-out time is 11.00AM. 
 
   SECURITY DEPOSIT 
   Upon check-in, the guest must provide a Visa, MasterCard, or  
   American Express deposit of US$300.00 per stay. No charge is made  
   to the credit card unless there are damages to the assigned  
   property. 
 
   PAYMENT METHODS 
   Payment is accepted in either of the following formats: Personal  
   Check Money Gram or Credit Card. A 4% surcharge may be levied for credit  
   card payment. Final Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. 
 
   CANCELLATION POLICY 
   Cancellations will only be accepted by e-mail. Verbal or  
telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made at  
least 21 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund  
less admin charges (advised upon receipt of cancellation notice). 
 
   Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the arrival date will  
   be charged in full. No-shows will also be charged in full. 
 
   TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING 
   Once a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the  
   rules and legislation in reference to our homes for lease.  
 
   The customer agrees to hold harmless Property Owner, from  
suits or claims of any guest in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or  
destroyed personal belongings. We STRONGLY recommend that  
all guests purchase travel insurance also covering personal  
belongings. 
 
   The customer agrees to hold harmless Property Owner, from any  
and all injuries to occupants, family members, or guests occurring on  
or about the premises. 
 
   The customer agrees to hold harmless Property Owner, from any  
disruption to their vacation through 'acts-of-god' (inclimate weather  
etc.).
