Casa Flores has 3-bedrooms/4-baths and is located in the hills above 
the La Jolla resort just a short 5 minute walk to one of the most 
beautiful beaches in the world! It has an excellent location close to 
town, golf, restaurants and shopping.

The grounds are abundant with tropical plants and palm trees, with a 
large yard area which provides a beautiful setting for a wedding or 
festive event, or just a friendly game of croquet or badminton. 

This 2-level, 4000 sq. ft. secluded Villa has a private walled yard 
and a 360 degree view of the Ocean, Mountains, and city lights. 
Amenities include private heated swimming pool, spa, fully equipped 
kitchen with all appliances and utensils. The house also offers 
satellite TV, Stereo sound system, washer and dryer, and purified 
water system throughout the entire home. 

This villa will accommodate 6 adults (3 couples) comfortably. The 
three bedrooms are located on ground level and open to the luscious 
garden, fountain, and pool area. The spacious Master Suite hosts a 
king size bed, the second bedroom a queen, and the third a queen and 
a full size bed. For luxury accommodations, this home is hard to 
beat!
