tennis courts, and barbeques.

New furniture gives a tasteful, tropical feeling to the unit.  
Master has new queen-size bed, cable TV, and private bath.  
Comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in living room has access to the 
second tiled bathroom with shower.

New Air Conditioner as well as ceiling fans in both living & bedroom 
Fully-equipped kitchen includes new microwave, new refrigerator,

Rates: April through November  $110/night
       December through March  $130/night
*Add 11.42% Hawaii General Excise & Transient Accommodations Tax and 
$60 exit-cleaning fee at check-out.
*10% discount for stays of 14 nights or more.
*20% discount for stays of 30 nights or more.
*$100 per week deposit required.
*Full payment due 2 weeks in advance of arrival.  Refunds with 60 
days notice.
*Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
