Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully furnished second floor condo overlooking the 14th  
signature hole, this condo has all the comforts of home. King bed in  
the master / twins in the guest. Three TV's VCR and DVD players. 
Vaulted ceilings for a great open feeling of space. Recliner in the  
living room for your relaxation.   
 
Beach "stuff" plus mens and womens bikes are supplied for the guests. 
 
Bring your laptop and work from home at the cozy desk.    
 
Complete kitchen and cookware for the gourmet chef.  
 
Full size washer & dryer in the unit. 
 
This is a non smoking unit. Smoking is permitted on either lanai  
(outside screened porches). 
 
No pets al1owed. Only owners are allowed 2 small pets. 
 
Fire laws prohibit cooking on the lanai in condominiums and attached  
properties.  BBQ grills are located at the community pools.

your membership …  When you take the owners membership with your

surfaced, Har Tru tennis courts, and twenty four hour access to the

As you enter the gate, past the two fountain lagoon and drive along Heritage Oaks Boulevard, your  
first impression is that of peace & tranquility.  
 
Heritage Oaks offers all the amenities you would expect from a first  
class golf and country club complete with floating island aqua  
driving range, and a fully equipped and staffed pro shop.  Clinics  
and private golf lessons are available. 
 
Not a golfer? No problem, Heritage Oaks amenities include tennis at  
one of our four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts. The tennis pro is  
available for lessons and tournaments. 
 
Perhaps you prefer to lounge under a palm tree in the tropical  
sunshine by one of our five heated community pools.  
 
If staying in shape is your thing? Heritage Oaks offers daily (M-F)  
aerobic, fitness, yoga, water aerobic classes.

Ask about reduced rates for extended stay 
 
All rentals are 30 day minimum stay, 10% Florida state and county  
tax applies for rentals less than 6 months. $120.00 exit cleaning fee. 
Family golf membership with all rentals. $200.00 transfer fee paid  
by tenant to Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club.
