Two privately owned ground level luxury condos are fully furnished 
and located in beautiful Fountain Hills, Arizona.  They are now 
available for your vacation getaway.

Suncrest Villa's of Fountain Hills is a very small complex of only 
12 units.   From the large private patio or while relaxing by the 
pool or in the hot tub you will enjoy the view of the mountains or 
the fountain as it reaches it's majestic heights.

Fountain Hills is located just off Hwy. 87.  Just 30 minutes from 
Sky Harbor Airport.  20 minutes form downtown Scottsdale.  Within 
minutes or just a few hours of many of Arizona's wonderous sights 
and fun filled attractions.

Golf courses, shops, grocery stores and restaurants are within 
blocks of the condo.
