Beautiful oceanfront condos. Two king beds in bedroom, queen sofa
sleeper in living room. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass doors
for wonderful views. Flat screen TV in living room with DVD
player, 25 inch TV in bedroom with DVD player. am/fm stereo w/cd
player. Glass top stove w/ over stove microwave, frig w/ice maker,
dishwasher,garbage disposal. Electric juicers for your area grown
oranges, blenders for your Pina Coladas, mixers, coffee pot and much
more. Completely furnished including linens. Sunset condo has
private fenced patio area with chaise lounges and umbrella table and
chairs. First floor condos open directly to the pool/ocean. Upper
floors have large balconies to watch the ocean and the beautiful sunrises.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Just walk out the sliding door to the pool and beach or sit on the
balcony sipping your coffee watching the sunrise and the Atlantic
ocean lapping at the beach. Beautifully landscaped picnic area with
BBQ grills, picnic tables. Adjoining upscale restaurant for your
fine dining or go to the Tiki Bar for a quick lunch or cocktail.
Miles of uncrowded beaches. Hutchinson Island is one of the major
Sea Turtle nesting areas of the world. PGA golf just 15 minutes away.
Major league baseball training camps close by. NY Mets 15 minutes,
St. Louis Cardinals 40 minutes. 45 minutes from Palm Beach
International Airport, 2 hours from Disney, 45 minutes from Lion
Country Safari. Much, much more!
Activities and Attractions
Take a walk on the beach to collect sea shells,stick a pole in the
sand and catch some fish right off the beach, go golfing at some of
the South's finest golf courses just minutes away (PGA National is
15 minutes away), charter a boat and fish for Sailfish. This is the
Sailfish capital of the world or take a 1/2 day fishing boat out at
the end of the island, rent jet skis or small boats just across the
bridge in Jensen Beach. Browse the quaint shops and galleries in
Stuart just across the bridge at the south end of the island or the
shops in downtown Jensen Beach just across the Jensen Beach
causeway. Drive to Palm Beach to shop (or watch for celebrities) on
Worth Avenue. (Florida's Rodeo Drive) If you are a baseball lover,
this area is the spring training camp for the Mets. Watch a game at
Tradition Field! If there is a space ship scheduled in Cape
Canaveral, you can drive up to see it blast off or just go out on
the beach and you can see it streaking across the sky! A wonderful
sight. This is the Treasure Coast where pirate ships sank in years
gone by. Go searching for treasure on our beautiful beaches. Those

High Season Rates (December 22 thru April 22, 2008) are:

oceanfront=$193 per night, 3 nights=$535, 1 week=$1141, 2
weeks=$2170, 4 weeks= $4060.
January special! $950 per week
Low Season Rates (April 23 thru December 21, 2008) are: 1 bedroom
oceanfront= $165 per night, 3 nights=$435, 1 week=$925, 2
weeks=$1750, 4 weeks=$3125.
