Vacation Rental Description

1600 Broadway is a new building that opened in 2006 in Times 
Square. The apartment is on the 16th floor and has a view down 
Broadway through the 10 foot high windows. The first picture below shows 
the view from the front window! The bedroom has a balcony for morning 
coffee and view of the Hershey Building. It is the only condo in Times Square.

Here is a quote from a tenant in September. "What a gorgeous view. The apartment was 
immaculate, stylish, and it an absolute great location. This place is just as good as any 
Four Seasons suite. I highly recommend it." Shawnee, Los Angeles.

The bedroom has a king size bed and dresser while the living room 
sectional has a pull-out full size bed. Individual air conditioner/ 
heating units are in each room. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

37" TV in living room and 20" in bedroom have HBO, HBO on Demand and 250 other 
stations. Hunter Douglas high end window treatments on all windows. 

The kitchen has a sub zero refrigerator, dishwasher, range and 
microwave oven. 

WiFi internet access, HP 6310 All-in-One color printer, fax, scanner, 
copier. Desk and dining room table and local and U.S. long distance 
phone service is free. Full kitchen to cook. No smoking please. 

Activities and Attractions

Whether you are a tourist enjoying the theater and shopping or a business 
person working in New York, you will love this location. Subway is one 
block away. Full service gym is located in the building along with a 
putting green, virtual golf, pool table and a roof top observation deck. 

For you chocolate lovers, Hershey's has their main store across the 
street and competitor M and M World has their flagship store in this 
building. 

Located in Times Square. One block to theaters and exciting restaurants. 

One block to subway. Take the E train to the Airtrain and you are at JFK Airport for $7. 
Across the street from Morgan Stanley world headquarters and 2 blocks to Lehman 
Brothers headquarters. Rockefeller 
Center is 3 blocks away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$395 - $700 per night depending on the season.  
Security deposit of $300 also required which will be refunded within 7 days of end of 
stay. Visa/MC/Amex accepted.
