1600 Broadway is a new building that opened in 2006 in Times
Square. We have 2 condos. The apartments are on the 16th & 14th floor and are identical, same view,
same furnishings except for the color of the couch. The first picture below shows
the view from the front window! The bedroom has a balcony for morning
coffee and view of the Hershey Building. It is the only condo in Times Square.
Here is a quote from a guest member in September. "What a gorgeous view. The apartment was
immaculate, stylish, and it an absolute great location. This place is just as good as any
Four Seasons suite. I highly recommend it." Shawnee, Los Angeles.
The bedroom has a king size bed and dresser while the living room
sectional has a pull-out full size bed. Individual air conditioner/
heating units are in each room.

37" TV in living room and 20" in bedroom have HBO, HBO on Demand and 250 other
stations. Hunter Douglas high end window treatments on all windows.
The kitchen has a sub zero refrigerator, dishwasher, range and
microwave oven.
WiFi internet access, HP 6310 All-in-One color printer, fax, scanner,
copier. Desk and dining room table and local and U.S. long distance
phone service is free. Full kitchen to cook. No smoking please.

building.
