You'll be staying on The Worlds Most  Famous Beach when you rent this charming bright and beautiful newly renovated one bedroom  unit located in the newly renovated Pirate's Cove Condo Hotel.
Enjoy the view from your private balcony in this 2nd floor ocean front 1 bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Everything is new and includes; an updated bathroom with 5ft shower and footbath. Name Brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is provided. Condo kitchen has new cabinets, an over the range convection/microwave oven, glass stovetop, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots & pans and all small appliances. A 32" LCD tv and DVD player for your viewing pleasure as well as high speed internet connection. This unit will accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and there is a comfortable sleeper sofa in.
High thread count sheets, down blankets and quality quilts will keep you compfy during your stay. I have also provided 2 Spa Robes for your convenience to use during your stay.
Dine at the table or at the unique cocktail table that lifts up in front of the sofa. All linens and towels provided. The unit has tile floors throughout, vertical blinds and a new digital air conditioner with heat if needed.

The Hotel/Condo is conveniently located directly at a beach approach on the ocean with a large ocean front pool, lounges, tables and chairs on the lower and upper sun decks. Vending machines and laundry room.

Relax! You're on vacation. Take advantage of the beautiful sugar sand beach and ocean with all kinds of beach rentals right in front of the condo. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Beach shops and miniture golf accross the street.
Swimming, Surfing, Wind Surfing, Parasailing, Hiking, Biking, Tennis, Golf, Miniature Golf, Amusement Park, Fishing Pier, Deep Sea Fishing, Sailing, Jet Skiing, Greyhound Racing, Gambling Boats, Great Restaurants, Shopping, Museums, Daytona Flea Market, Daytona Intl. Speedway, and many other attractions.
Daytona Beach is in a perfect location, you can play on the beach and visit our Florida attractions such as:
Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio less than 90 minutes away and just 45 minutes South to Kennedy Space Center or North to Historic St. Augustine.

Rates range from $490 - $850 + tax for most weeks depending on time of year. Holidays & Special Event
Weeks range from $595 - $1000. + tax.
Florida taxes are 12.5% 
$100 deposit is REQUIRED up Front to Reserve the property
Once you confirm your wish to reserve and mail the first $100, we will hold the condo for 7 days pending receipt. If the $100 is not received in 7 days, we will open the week up to others.

Full payment due no less than 30 days before arrival. Discounts for rentals over 1 week.
Please inquire into Holiday & Special Event Weekly rates; However Holiday and Special Event Weeks must be paid in full, in advance, to reserve.

There is a 30-day cancellation notice.

All weeks require a separate refundable security/damage deposit.

$45 cleaning fee (I will waive the $45 cleaning fee if the condo is left in good condition)

*Minimum stay is 1 week.

*When requesting rental information, please state how many adults and children are in your party.

Must be 21 to rent the condo.
