Vacation Rental Rates

Nov thru April   $2500/month  
May thru Oct     $2100/month  

- Negotiable rates when renting longer terms.
- $300 to $500 Refundable Security Deposit required at time of 
reservation.  (Amount depends on total lenght of time the property 
is rented). **
- Remaining Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. 
- $75 is added to the total rental for housekeeping.  (It will be 
waived when renting 30 nights or more). 
- Cash, Check, and Money Order Accepted.
- Taxes & Fees are included in pricing.
- Security Deposit will be completely refunded if reservation is     
cancel within 30 days of arrival. 
- Early departures will not be refunded.

** Security Deposit will be returned in its entirety upon departure, 
provided nothing is missing, broken or irreparably damaged.
