Beausoleil is an 1800's historic cape code cottage with stunning ocean front views from every window of Port
Mouton Bay and Summerville Beach. Relax on the large back deck with direct views of Port Mouton Bay and mile
long Summerville Beach, which is only a few minute's walk away. Minutes to spectacular Carter's Beach or play
golf on a 9-hole course overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This is a great location for day trips up and down the
Lighthouse Trail or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Beachcombing, kayaking, hiking, boating,
surfing are all minutes away.
Vacation Rental Amenities
TV, DVD/VHS player, stereo, phone, washer/dryer, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, stove,
cooking utensils provided, linens and towels, boardgames, parking. Large deck that wraps around to side of
house with lounge chairs, outdoor table and chairs. Large back yard.
Two bedrooms on the second floor with views of Port Mouton Bay and Summerville Beach. One bathroom on
second floor with shower and vanity. Third bedroom on first floor with views out to Port Mouton Bay and
Summerville Beach. Bathroom on the first floor with claw foot tub.
Activities and Attractions
Situated on the Lighthouse Trail, Beausoleil is a perfect location for day trips to Liverpool (10 min), Bridgewater
(45 min), Lunenburg or Mahone Bay (1 hr), Port Joli's Kejimikujik Seaside Adjunct (20 min), Shelburne (40 min).
Or visit the quaint fishing villages up and down the coast, Hunts Point is minutes away, Moose Harbor near
Liverpool, Petite Riviere (45 min).
Or stay close by and enjoy the beautiful local beaches. Summerville's mile long beach and sensational Carter's
Beach with its three crescents overlooking Port Mouton Bay. Beach combing, swimming, kayaking, hiking,
boating, golfing and surfing are all minutes away.
Vacation Rental Rates
$900 - $1100 per week depending on season
50% deposit required at time of booking. Remaining 50% balance plus $250 security deposit (returned after
check out) required 30 days prior to rental. If cancelled 60 days prior to booking, a full refund will be made. If
cancelled 30-60 days prior to booking, a 50% refund will be made. If cancelled 30 days prior to booking, no
refund will be made unless re-rented.
