Vacation Rental Description

Location, location, location! Year round fun! Hiking, biking,  
swimming, fishing, skiing (snow and water), boating, horseback  
riding, rafting, tubing, golfing,. Among the trees in the private  
property setting of Pla Vada Woodlands, Forni's Bear Lodge is just  
minutes from Sugar Bowl, Boreal and the legendary Cross Country  
Course Royal Gorge. It's just 30 minutes from Squaw Valley,  
Northstar, and Pine Meadows. Sledding and snow tubing can be found  
around the corner. The infamous town of Truckee, beautiful Donner  
Lake, Donner Memorial Museum, and the Rainbow Lodge are all a 10 to  
15 minute drive from the cabin.  
 
The two story cabin has both a front and a back lower deck. This  
four bedroom home sleeps up to 8 to 10 guests. The three bedrooms  
upstairs have a total of three double beds and two single beds. The  
downstairs bedroom has one double bed. The living-room has a double- 
hide-a-bed couch. There are two bathrooms with showers. The spacious  
living room/dining room has a wood burning stove, TV equipped with a VCR and DVD player—there’s a  
second  
TV/DVD/VCR upstairs bedroom, lots of movies, stereo, barbeque, snow  
shovels, and a piano for those who play! The fully equipped kitchen  
has a microwave oven, gas range, garbage disposal, general kitchen  
equipment and supplies, dishtowels (paper towels, garbage bags), and  
coffee maker.  The South Fork of the Yuba River runs behind the  
property. Come relax and enjoy the peace and quiet this 1,629 sq.  
ft., all season's family home has to offer. No pets. No smoking  
inside cabin.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates  
$125 weekday nights/$150 weekend nights

Winter Rates $200 per night

$250 for up to 6 guests  
$400 for more than 6 guests  
(to be received 7 days after booking)  
Balance of Rental Fees and taxes to be received 7 days prior to  
arrival date.  
 
Non-Refundable Cleaning/plowing Fee: $175 (Winter/Fall)  
(summer/spring) $75 
 
County Tax: 10% of Rental fee
