Located south of 30A in the popular Summer’s Edge neighborhood which has 2 community pools – one of which is heated in the winter. With over 2700 square feet of professionally decorated space, you have three porches to enjoy the outdoors. From the roof top balcony, you can catch gentle breezes and a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico over the treetops. Convenient wire-less internet.

Ground Floor: Engineered Teak hardwood floors throughout. Entry foyer offers the Perfect Timing clock showing times around the world. Gourmet kitchen offers exquisite cabinetry, granite counter tops, Kitchen-aide stainless appliances, breakfast bar and central prep island. Appliances include side-by-side frig with icemaker, microwave, wall oven, 4-burner gas cook top, trash compactor and dishwasher. Breakfast bar has 4 tall leather-seated barstools. Dining table seats six. Adjacent living area offers a comfortable seating arrangement and an extensive audio-visual setup. Furniture includes leather sofa, 2 rattan side chairs, 3 side tables, 2 lamps and coffee table. A/V setup includes 50 inch plasma TV, receiver, surround sound, CD, DVD and digital cable. French doors lead off living area to covered porch outfitted with 2 Adirondack rockers, table, kiddie-sized Adirondack, and 2 all weather wicker side chairs. Hall bath has granite vanity sink and jetted tub/shower. Queen bedroom has desk with lamp, leather desk chair, LCD TV/DVD, bedside table with lamp and a walk-in closet with built-in drawers.

Second Floor: Three bedrooms are on this floor. Twin bedroom had a twin trundle with 2 twin beds, small side chair and cabinets for clothing storage. The super capacity washer/dryer is in a closet in this bedroom. Hall bath has double vanity sink and walk-in shower. King guest bedroom has a LCD TV/DVD, chest of drawers, desk with leather desk chair, 2 lamps, closet with built-in drawers, and French doors to a covered porch shared with the King master. This porch, outfitted with an all weather wicker loveseat and 2 side chairs, offers quiet peacefulness overlooking a wooded preserve area. King master bedroom has 2 bedside tables each with a lamp, lounger side chair with ottoman and reading lamp, desk with chair and lamp, rocker and armoire with TV. Exquisite private master bath has granite topped his/her vanity sinks with makeup area with chair and magnifying mirror, built-in cabinets for clothing storage and a large walk-in shower.

Third Floor: Third floor is a large gathering room with queen Murphy bed, leather couch, built-in drawers for clothing, huge 61 inch TV, stereo with CD, DVD, game table with 3 rattan chairs, lamp and kitchenette (sink, microwave and mini frig). Bathroom has vanity sink and walk-in shower. French doors lead to roof top balcony outfitted with tall teak table and 3 chairs – enjoy gulf breezes and glimpse views from here.

Outdoors: Steps from the ground floor porch lead to the gas barbeque grill and hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking for one car in driveway and 2 pools – one of which is heated in cold weather months.

Scenic Hwy 30-A runs for 18.2 miles along unspoiled sandy white beaches and sea oat covered dunes, past freshwater coastal lakes and saltwater inlets and through hardwood hammocks, long leaf pines and coastal scrub oaks. The Beaches of South Walton is tucked away on Northwest Florida's Gulf coast between Destin and Panama City and is known for the shimmering emerald blue-green brilliance of the Gulf of Mexico, sugar white fine sand beaches and unspoiled natural beauty.

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
