Welcome to our recently renovated poolside two bedroom end-unit villa  
on the first floor at Island House, across the street from Hilton  
Head Beach Club and adjacent to the Van der Meer Tennis Center, just  
one block away from our wonderful South Forest Beach. Beautifully  
landscaped front and back you will enjoy the pool view and  
barbecuing on your own private patio. Amenities include cable with  
large 32" tv, vcr/dvd in living room, tv in master bedroom, and  
cd/stereo radios in both bedrooms and kitchen.  
 
This is a Non-Smoking villa.

-Carpet in bedrooms and hallway 
-Remodeled bathrooms - sinks, baths and flooring 
-Kitchen appliances, glass-top range/microwave, refrigerator,

No need to walk way over to the public beach entrances when you have  
your own "Neighborhood Beach Access" right at the end of the street. Not  
only is our villa close to South Forest Beach, the shops and  
restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just a short walk from Island House  
(Half the Distance of Ocean Breeze or Seascape).  
 
Pet Friendly Reservations: Pets are family too! So there is no extra  
charge for your Dog...Sorry NO Cats allowed at our pet friendly villa.  
A 40% rental deposit must be provided when making reservation. A separate  
$200 refundable security deposit for dogs with current vaccination records  
is due with balance of payment 45 days prior to arrival date.
