This cottage is completely new for 2009. It is currently under construction and will be complete by Memorial Day 2009.

The cottage very uniquely rests on a sunset point at Indian Lake. The view of the water is
spectacular and comes with a covered boat dock and operational lift. The point is at the confluence of the Moundwood channel, formed by the south fork of the Great Miami River, and the entrance to Dunn's Pond.

It has large familyroom which flows along the shorline. A den, large kitchen and large eating area complete the first floor. The entire first floor including the garage floor and wrap-around porch will all be on one level (no steps). On the second floor, there is three bedroom suites, each with a full bath. A large finished room above the garage serves as a media room and home theater. Nearby Moundwood State Park allows for a quick and easy launch of a boat and play in the park for the kids. With Dunn's Pond around the bend, you'll enjoy quick access to one of the oldest fishing holes on the lake.
