- Central Heat & Air plus window units in bedrooms

The Casa By the Sea is centrally located to any and all of these
activities...within walking distance of most...and driving distance
to the Daytona Speedway (10-12 minutes), Orlando International
Airport (60 minutes),and Disney World (75 minutes).

$135 per night...3 night minimum.

$895 per week...each additional night is $135.

$1995 per week for Special Events (Daytona 500, Bike Week, Pepsi 400
& Biketoberfest)...each additional night is $135.

Monthly Rates Available Upon Request.

12.5% tax and $75 cleaning fee for all rental periods.

$200 non-event weeks
$500 Holiday and event weeks (Bike Week, Fourth of July, etc.)
Deposit Refunded 10 business days after check-out
Non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival
Balance to be paid 10 days prior to arrival.
