Vacation Rental Description

Looking for a family vacation resort?  Maybe a romantic getaway?  
Ocean Walk resort in the heart of Daytona Beach has it all!  Come 
lounge by the pool or on the beach, play with the kids in the kiddie 
pool area, or pamper yourself in the new Vacation Therapy Spa.  
Ocean Walk Resort is one of Daytona’s newest luxurious all-suite 
resorts located on the area’s only traffic free beach.  Our condo is 
located on the 22nd floor with an oversized balcony overlooking the 
Atlantic Ocean and the famous Atlantic Avenue strip.  This beautiful 
two bedroom/two bath condo sleeps 8, has a full kitchen, Jacuzzi tub 
in the Master bath, and washer/dryer.

cinema, Bubba Gump’s Shrimp House, Harley Davidson, and lots more!  
The resort is also within driving distance to some of Florida’s 
other famous attractions such as Disney, Universal Studios, Sea 
World, and Kennedy Space Station.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.  However, please call for 
availability and rates if looking for a shorter term stay or last 
minute deals.

Cancellation Policy  
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and 
refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a 
tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this 
contract.  If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a 
prorated share of the rental fee for 
each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The 
option of trading your time in for a later time may be considered, 
based on availability.
