Vacation Rental Description

Spoil yourself and stay at the best!  The Beach Club is an A+ Beach 
RESORT located directly on the Gulf of Mexico.  Relax and enjoy the 
panoramic view of the Gulf and breathtaking sunsets from any of our 
condos.  If you are looking to kickback and relax, The Beach Club is 
where you want to be! Available for RENT or SALE.

We offer whatever size condo you need, 1-4 br units, all at The 
Beach Club Resort.  Each is professionally decorated, and the 
kitchen is well-equipped, including granite counter tops.  The 
living area and master bedroom open to our tiled balcony overlooking 
tropical landscaping, sparkling pools, and the spacious, sugar-white 
beach.

While at The Beach Club you may enjoy resort amenities such as 
swimming, tennis, basketball, fitness center, kid's park, European 
spa, saunas, steam room, jacuzzis, hair salon, boutique, fine dining 
and bar located in the Southern-style clubhouse, a children's club, 
and small grocery and casual dining.  The Beach Club boasts 5 pools 
(one indoor and 4 outdoor) and children's pools.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We provide phone, high speed internet, cable TV, DVD/VCR player(s).  
Each bedroom has cable TV and VCR.  Our kitchen is fully equipped 
and has granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator with 
icemaker, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot, and 
much more.  We also have a washer and dryer as well as a hair dryer 
in each bathroom.  All linens are provided, except beach towels.

The exquisite Southern-style clubhouse offers fine-dining and bar 
with a breathtaking view of the clubhouse pool, dunes and beach.  
Many couples choose The Beach Club for their wedding and reception! 

Activities and Attractions

The Beach Club Resort is the perfect place to relax and get away 
from the crowds.  While at The Beach Club you may choose from a 
variety of amenities that you won't find at many other complexes.  
The Beach Club offers several beautiful beachfront pools.  Stroll 
along the promenade which spans the length of beachfront.  It 
overlooks the beach, dunes and pools.  Other activities include 
tennis (8 hydro courts), gazebo covered jacuzzis, basketball, kids 
park, European spa, fitness center, saunas, steam room, hair salon, 
boutique, fine dining and bar in the Southern-stype clubhouse, a 
children's club during summer rentals.  The coffee house/ice cream 
shop offers an internet cafe.  If you choose to use the Club/Spa 
facilities, there is a daily fee per condo.  $10/day/condo during 
the fall, winter, and spring.  $15/day/condo during the summer.

Local activities include boating, golfing, water park, 
marinas and charter fishing, great shopping, miniature golf, and 
other children's activities.  All are within a short driving 
distance. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates include taxes, but not cleaning fee.  Until confirmed, rates 
are subject to change without notice.


Winter 2006/07   $650/week; nightly rates available
Spring 2007     $1175/week; nightly rates available
Summer 2007     $1650/week; weekly rental only

Resort fee (if used) $15/day/condo during summer; $10/day/condo all 
other times.
