Monte Villa Classic condo.  The Monte Villa Classic is located within the newly designed  
community of Vista Cay at Harbor Square.  This beautiful condo can comfortably  
accomodate up 6-8 guests and is elegantly decorated to meet the highest standards of  
both the business and tourist traveler. Located just steps away from the community  
clubhouse/pool and thoughtfully designed to bring you all the comforts of home.  The  
Monte Villa Classic is a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with two king size beds, two twin beds,  
and a den with a sleeper sofa.  A 42" Flat Screen Plasma TV and DVD player in the  
living room for your viewing pleasure.  The two king bedrooms are equipped with 26"  
HDTV Flat Screen TVs and the twin bedroom is equipped with a 20" HDTV Flat Screen TV  
with a DVD player. Enjoy all the ameneties of home with a full size kitchen equipped with  
all the modern day appliances, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal,  
coffee maker, iron and ironing board.  Full size washer and dryer are conveniently located  
inside the condo.  High speed wireless internet access throughout the unit, including free  
local and long distance telephone service.  The den includes a sleeper-sofa as well as a  
desk (for those that must work). Wireless Internet access is available throughout the  
condo. The kitchen has a full compliment of top-of-the-line appliances, granite counter  
top with stools and a high top style table with stools.

Rates will vary depending on season and are subject to change without notice. 
Daily rates vary from $130.00 per night to $225.00 per night. 
Weekly rates vary from $800.00 per week to $1800.00 per week. 
Monthly rates vary from $3000.00 to $4000.00 per month.
