Vacation Rental Description

Lake Almanor is appox. 1 hr from Chico, 2 hrs from Reno. Remodeled 
house on the 1st hole of the Lake Almanor Country Club Golf Course.  
Incredible views across 3 fairways, lake and mountains in the 
background.  Great family home for all ages.  One level house faces 
out towards the golf course.  House is completely furnished. Bedding 
and towels included.  10,000 sq ft of lawn connects to the golf 
course. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lots of fun stuff to do.  Two boat docks in the Country Club.  
Tennis courts with lessons available.  Beach area fully equipped 
with bbqs, basketball, outdoor concerts,etc.  Great area for kids  
and family.  Lake Almanor Golf Course is 9 holes.  Baily Creek Golf 
course less than 10 minutes away.  The town of Chester is appox 15 
minutes and has different restaurants, movie theatre, bowling, etc.

Activities and Attractions

Summer activities are on going.  Outdoor concerts at the beach 
area, 4th of July pancake breakfast.  Fun water sports.  Kayaking, 
boating, fishing.  Lots of hiking and bike trails.  Campgrounds 
close by.

$1100.00 week  $175.00 per night
10 % off other months
$10.00 per night for a pet
