the beach or golf course. Or maybe you would prefer to spend your
time on the bike and walking trails? No matter what the day is like,
be certain to end with dinner on the living room deck, the Atlantic

The community of The Village of New Haven is located in the Ocean
Point area of Fripp Island. In addition to the fabulous ocean views,
this end of the island offers visitors access to the Ocean Point
pool, the newly renovated Ocean Point Golf course, and the Ocean
Point Grille. The Village of New Haven offers residents a
beautifully landscaped courtyard, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grills
and tables, a large oceanfront deck with seating, and a covered
gazebo with swing.

Winter (12/31/07 - 03/01/08) - $1060 per week (daily rate $212)
Spring (03/01/08 - 05/23/08) - $1430 per week (daily rate $265)
Summer (05/24/08 - 08/30/08) - $1800 per week (weekly only)
Two night minimum on daily rentals.
11% state and local taxes will be added to all rates.
Off-peak, discounted monthly rentals available, contact for special
pricing.
