If you have never been to this community(Ocean Village) you will 
never go anywhere else!
Private pool for hi-rise residents only.
Beach is 200 feet from the front door.
This condo faces North and West- the views include the ocean and the 
intracoastal.
It is a two hour drive to Disney World in Orlando.

4 Swimming pools(one is private for hi-rise residents like this one)
9 hole exec golf course(par 3 and 4)-this is free (except during hi-
season from Nov-Apr when a $3 fee is required)
10 tennis courts-(some are lighted for evening use)

Library in the clubhouse

Activities and Attractions

Many organized card games are available-Bridge is big! Poker also!
While dining in the Oceanfront restaurant music and dancing is an 
enjoyable event.
Classes in art and other events are regularly scheduled.
