Spectacular 3 Bedroom 2 bath unit in the all new and luxurious
Paradise Resort.

This Unit is an end unit on the 9th floor and is the only 3 bedroom
unit which has a King Size bed in the Master Bedroom. It has an
expansive oceanfront balcony which extends the length of the Living
Room and Master Bedroom. It has amazing views up and down the
Carolina Coast. This unit is in immaculate condition and will
comfortably
sleep 10 people. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room,
foyer, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Amenties include a restaurant
and bar, pool side service, exercise room, lazy river, children's
pool, and jacuzzi (all of which are enclosed during the winter
months) and an indoor/outdoor pool.

8/15/09 thru 8/21/09 $ 1,250.00 8/22/09 thru 12/25/09 $ 900.00

During the Summer months of May through August rentals are weekly
from Saturday to Saturday only. Please contact me during other
times of year if you would like to reserve a shorter time period.

In addition to the rental rate, there is a refundable security
deposit of $300.00. South Carolina has an accomodations tax of
10% and there is a departure cleaning fee of $85.00. Linen
service is also available.
