is a private patio on the second floor. The gourmet kitchen /living
area opens onto the court patio with gas grill, table, umbrella,
lounge chairs for your relaxing and dining pleasure. There are 2
parking spaces and free extra capacity laundry. Located a block from
the ocean and steps to the bay. Check out the amenities provided and
you will realize what a great rental this is.

We love to kayak on Mission Bay and we think you will too. We
provide 2 very stable kayaks, a single and a double. There are miles
of biking available with beautiful views of the ocean and people
watching. We provide well maintained beach cruisers for adults,
child seats available, and a large assortments of kids bikes.
Horseshoes, volleyballs, dozens of free sand courts available,
boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, sand toys, EZup canopy and
umbrellas. You need wireless high speed internet we have it. Not 1
but 2 high definition plasma flat screen TVs. Jacuzzi bath tub,
large library, and family games. See you next summer.
