25 feet from the Atlantic Ocean lies Water’s Edge, a one bedroom,  
one bathroom deluxe condominium on the first floor of Newhaven Villas 
on Fripp Island. Besides being feet from the ocean, you are yards from  
the Ocean Point Golf Links course.  The Par 72 6,556-yard course is a  
must for anyone who enjoys the game.  The course is one of two championship  
courses on the island.  
 
This non-smoking 1000 sq. ft. condominium offers guests a full eat  
in kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, full bathroom,  
laundry area with washer and dryer, and deep balcony overlooking the  
ocean.  
 
The bedroom features a plush king sized bed, large closet, and  
cable television. The bathroom features a garden tub with shower.  
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with all of the “must have” gadgets 
including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and smoothie machine.   
The dining room offers seating for four guests. The living room includes a  
leather sectional, cable TV, VCR, CD/stereo, and plenty of games to help  
keep you and your family entertained.  Windows in the kitchen, dining room  
and living room provide guests with unobstructed views of the ocean. From  
the balcony, guests enjoy panoramic ocean views and glorious sunrises.  
Dolphins and pelicans will regularly entertain you.   
 
Sports enthusiasts can fish, jet ski, kayak, sail, golf, play  
tennis, and bike to their heart’s content.  Guests of Water’s Edge  
have access to two bicycles, tennis rackets, and beach chairs. 
 
The weekly rates include 2 amenity cards to access the island's  
restuarants, pools, gym, and tennis courts,as well as unlimited long  
distance calls within the USA, and weekly cleaning fee and linen service.   
 
The property offers guests covered underground parking, a BBQ area, beautiful 
gardens, and handicap access including elevator.    
 
The island features three miles of pristine beach, two golf courses, 10  
tennis courts, a gym, walking and biking paths, numerous  
playgrounds, a rock climbing tower, fishing and crabbing docks, an  
on-site marina, and a wide variety of activities and toy rentals for  
all guests to enjoy the ultimate vacation.  There are also a variety  
of restaurants and a mini mart.

toothbrush to begin enjoying the beautiful tranquility this island
