This lovely 2,000 square foot 4 bed three bath private
home is located in a gated community called Aviana in Davenport,
Florida. It is just minutes from the I-4 interchange at Champions
Gate. Quick access to the parks and luxury living combine in this
lovely home. Large bedrooms provide spacious living, and the living
and family rooms are equipped with elegant furnishings, three TV's,
a VCR/DVD player plus much more. The attached pool is fully
enclosed providing quiet privacy for your family as you lounge
poolside. Rentors must be 25 years or older. Minimum stay is 5
nights. A refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve the vacation rental. Visa and
Mastercard accepted
