The Beardsley Community Center is located just 1 1/2 blocks from the
property. Access to all the comunity centers and facilities with
your own guest membership. Golf, swimming, bowling, shopping all
within 5 minutes. The property itself does NOT have a pool and/or
jacuzzi. The pool and jacuzzi is located at the community center.
Rental Property comes with Golf Cart (optional)for an additional
monthly cost ($150/mo)!

Rates for 2010 Vary by Season:
Jan Feb Mar / $2400 per month
April / $1700 per month
May / $1300 per month
June July / $1000 per month
August / $1100 per month
Sept / $1200 per month
Oct Nov / $1300 per month
Dec / $1700 per month
Winter season available for four month minimum period only, (3 month
considered)
each stay requires a one-time charge of $100 for cleaning fee,
$500 security deposit, all utilities included, short term (weekly)
off season rates available. Rates posted are for multi month lease
agreements.
