Located in the center of the island, it is next to the tennis courts and is directly across the street from the Beach Club, Olympic pool, restaurant, food court, and shopping. The best part of the beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean are just a few more steps beyond the Beach Club. If you just want to relax and enjoy Fripp's unspoiled nature and wildlife, it can be found outside your private and secluded deck. Here you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with canal and marsh views.

The first floor of the villa has newly tiled floors and includes a spacious living area with a deck that over looks the marsh and canal, a fully stocked kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops, dining room, and full bath. The living room is equipped with a TV, stereo, DVD/VCR player and also includes a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom, also located on the first floor, has a king size bed, large closets, and its own TV.

The large upstairs loft bedroom sleeps 4. It has a king size bed and 2 twins. This bedroom also has its own private bath and ample closet space. The 2 bedroom Tennis Villas are the largest of the condos/villas on Fripp.
