Vacation Rental Description

This brand new Gardenia 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and den designer home is 
nestled between the Becall and Bogart executive golf courses 
adjacent to the Largo pool and recreation center and close to Lake 
Sumtner Landing.  The roomy open floor plan includes a great room 
and dining area which open easily to a large screened lanai; access 
to lanai is also available from master bedroom.  

Master bedroom includes an on-suite bath with walk-in shower and 
lots of closet space.  Second bedroom has queen bed and is close to 
second bath.  

Ceiling fans are present in each bedroom, the living room, den, and 
lanai.
Kitchen is fully outfitted and ready for the casual or professional 
cook.  The lanai includes a BBQ for your more casual meals. 

Relax at home and watch your favorite DVD or TV program or enjoy the 
many activities available in this very active 55+ community with 
family activities available for grandchildren.  Enjoy swimming in 
the local pool, playing tennis at courts within walking distance, or 
play golf on a variety of courses.

Activities and Attractions

The Villages features nightly entertainment in two separate town 
squares.  Enjoy dancing or just tapping your feet to the music, two 
movie theatres, bowling, pickleball, shopping or special events 
sponsored by the smaller communities.  As well, the Villages is only 
1 hour away from all the attractions featured in Orlando and 1 1/2 
hours away in Tampa.

Each town square features a variety of sidewalk cafes, theatres, 
lots of unique shopping including a waterfront boardwalk at Lake 
Sumtner Landing with celebrations marking special events like Mardi 
Gras and Octoberfest.

If golf is your game, play on a variety of executive courses or two 
signature 18 hole courses.  Each community has outdoor swimming 
pools and indoor activities like billiard tables in the recreation 
centers.

Vacation Rental Rates

October - December '09 Rates: $2400 per month, 
January - March '09 Rates:    $3100 per month, (February, March 09 rented) 
April - May '08 Rates:        $2100 per month, (March, April 08 rented)
June - September '08 Rates:   $1600 per month, (July 08 rented)

$500 security deposit must be received to guarantee your 
reservation.  This deposit will not be applied to your rental and 
will be returned after walk through within 2 weeks of departure.

             $50.00 (Optional) Villages Amenity Transfer ID Card

             $75 Cleaning & Maintenance Fee

             Rates are subject to state and local taxes.

All rates are subject to change until security deposit is received 
and your requested dates are confirmed.  

Will negotiate low rental terms for combined seasons of 6 months or 
more.

We do not accept smokers or pets - no exceptions.

Rents are paid with cashier or certified checks prior to arrival.
