This is a premier, gated adult(55+)community that is often
referred to a 'Disneyland for adults'. The Villages has 28 golf
courses. Over 20 of these have free green fees. There are 13 free
recreational centers with heated pools, tennis, pickle ball, bocce
ball, shuffleboard, two bowling alleys, and more. One can even rent
a golf cart and drive all over the town.

This is a fully furnished three bedroom and two bath ranch home
which was built in the summer of 2006. It is approximately 1300
square feet with laundry room, two-car garage, golf cart garage, a
Florida room, and screened in lanai. The home is located near the
new town square in the village of Duval. The home is beautifully
decorated in light, bright color scheme. The master bedroom has a
king-sized bed with two walk-in closets, and the master bath has
two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ample
closet. The third bed room has a day bed with a pull out becomes a
king size bed or two twin beds.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open with vaulted
ceilings. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the lanai. Have fun at
the big lake down the street with a small beach, park, and boat
dock. At The Villages there are several lakes but none have public
access for personal water crafts, however there are several lakes
outside The Villages for boating. These lakes are Lake Lady and
Lake Weir.

You may want to play a round of golf, then do lunch at one of
several club houses. Relax in one of the many heated pools, and
then head for the new town square for free live music and dancing
every night. After dinner, take in one of the 'first run' movies,
or head over to Katie Belle's for some late night entertainment and
dancing.

Air conditioning, 2 cable TVs, VCR, DVD player, two phones,
answering machine, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator w/ice-maker, cooking utensils, linens, washer & dryer,
garage w/opener, and a community pool nearby.
For $75 per week, you can rent a new Club Car electric golf cart.
There carts can be rented in the area but aren't 'night ready' or
have rain enclosures for this price

There is plenty to do at The Villages and surrounding area, like
hiking, biking, golfing, tennis, racquetball, and working out at the
finess center and gym. Stay active with shuffleboard, horseshoes,
miniature golf, fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants,
cinemas, swimming, dancing, live music entertainment, holding hands
and walking under the moonlight.
