This elegant condo villa is a true second home, not just someone's
bland, basic and worn investment property. It's decorated and
supplied well "above the rental inventory" crowd. The beachwalk is
just about 25 yards around the left corner of your building...NO
streets to cross!! :) Please compare the rates; you'll be pleased
with the very low price that includes all applicable taxes! We like
to make it affordable for people to enjoy our lovely and unique home
and it seldom has a vacant night accordingly!
You'll find fine linens, lovely quilts, cable TV and CD player, and
even a washer and dryer inside the condo. The fully-equipped kitchen
features plenty of all you need, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee
maker. Two elegant bedrooms and a queen sleeper in the living room
provide ample comfort for six! We hope you'll enjoy the original
signed art, CD's and DVD's provided for you, the well stocked
library, and even a relaxation sound machine. This is truly a unique
beach experience!

Add 13% state and local taxes to rate. (no tax on cleaning fee of course.)So much you'd usually have
to bring or buy is supplied!!! If you cannot come, your deposit can
be applied to a future available visit! Unheard of??? :) It's the
way to be hospitable to us! People do have emergencies.
