This wonderful house, less than half a block from the
Atlantic Ocean, is newly-remodeled and newly furnished for an
unforgettable, comfortable vacation by the sea.

Five people can stay comfortably in this house, which
includes a large one-car garage, washer and dryer and a fully-
equipped kitchen where you can whip up the finest meals to satisfy
whatever you’re in the mood for.

There’s a mini-library in the living room and at night,
when you’re ready to hit the sack, , there’s an extra comfy king-
size bed in the master bedroom and equally
comfortable twin beds


There’s a TV in each bedroom and a flat-screen TV in the
living room that includes a DVD player. All TVs include cable.
There’s also a stereo, board games and cards for your pleasure.

The house is equipped with plenty of towels, linens,
chairs and umbrellas, and if you prefer to eat out, there are
several beachfront cafes along the ocean road A1A.

There’s even a convenience store on the corner for any late-
night hankerings.. Smoking outside only please.

where you can do it all, or, just relax and do nothing at all.....

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation Rental Rates

$ 700 weekly; $800 with pet upon owner’s approval. Additional
12.5 percent state tax.

$1,000 to $1,400 for special event weeks - Daytona 500; Pepsi
400; Biktoberfest; Bike Week;
Turkey Rod Run.

Monthly rentals welcome! - $1,800 a month, includes utilities.
Special rates for three months or more.

$60 non-refundable cleaning fee.

50 percent deposit and signed contract to hold reserved week;
Balance due 14 days prior to arrival; Special event weeks balance
due 30 days prior to rental.

$200 refundable damage deposit is due seven days after booking.
This deposit will be refunded 10 days after stay if there is no
damage. This is not part of the rental fee.

Cancellation policy: You must cancel 30 days prior to your
reservation.
