Luxury Condo-Main Channel View, 2 pools, Close to Shopping in Lake of the Ozarks

We invite you to come enjoy a relaxing vacation in style at our  luxurious, immaculate, cozy, yet roomy lake-front condo at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri.
Enjoy a meal, your favorite refreshments, or just relax and take in the main channel view from the two levels of screened-in decks. 

TIDBITS
We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay more enjoyable.  Groups larger than 8, please contact me, as I have an additional condo nearby to accommodate  and additional 6-8 guests.  The dining area will easily accommodate four to eight.  The kitchen is fully equipped and the main deck offers a George Foreman Grill and Gas Grill.  All linens are provided, even beach towels!  You will just need to bring your food, beverages, toiletries, and favorite fishing tackle.  Feel free to bring your laptop if you need to keep up with your email, as we now offer wireless broadband internet access, by the pool.  For your convienence, there is a full-size washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS
There are 3 master bedroom suites, one on the recreational floor downstairs and two on the main living floor, 1 featuring comfy king bed and 2 with a pillow top queens.  Each has a private bathroom 2 of the 3 boasting a stellar lake view.  The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with the bathroom just outside its door.  All four bedrooms have cable TV. 

PARKING
When you arrive, you will not have to wait for an elevator or climbmultiple flights of steps to get to the front door.  This condominium is just a level down from the parking lot, great for bringing in groceries or carrying in your gear.  You will have the #1 premium reserved parking space just a few steps from the stairs. Additional parking for your quests is directly behind yours.

POOLS
There are two heated pools in the complex, generally open Mid-May to Mid-October.  The Harbour Towne lakeside pool is one of the nicest largest pools
you will see at the lake with a large deck area for sunning and relaxing, with bathrooms in the club house.  There is a lake-side paved walkway that leads from the condo to the pool or take the stepping stones just behind the condo to the pool.  The second pool is hill-side and offers a gorgeous elevated view of the lake, this pool is typically used for the vacationers that want a little more privacy!

TENNIS COURT, WALKING PATH, PLAYGROUND
There is also a tennis court, a walking path for your dog, and a children's playground nearby.  Vacationers traveling with dogs, there is a wonderful cageless dog care facility nearby, so you can visit your pet and take him some places with you!  He/she will love you for sending him/her on vacation also! COMMUNITIY
The property is located in the desirable Harbour Towne complex on the Lake of the Ozark's convienent North Shore. Located at the 1.5 MM, you are just minutes from Highway 54.  This is a great location, with minimal traffic, no toll bridges to cross, and offers easy access from both Kansas City and St. Louis. You will find that shopping, amusements, golf and a wide variety of restaurants are all located just minutes away in Lake Ozark and Osage Beach on Highway 54 and  Business Highway 54.

We offer our Lake of the Ozarks condo rental at very reasonable rates.  You and your family are sure to enjoy a memorable stay at our Lake of the Ozarks condo.  Please do not delay in making your reservations for a lovely week or a weekend.  We just began renting our condo 2008 spring/summer and have already made many families very happy memories!  We have planned a wonderful surprise for our repeat vacationers this spring/summer!!!

Lake of the Ozarks attractions offer an endless list of things to do and see, for both the first-time and return visitor.  Explore the outdoors at Ha Ha Tonka State Park, or spend a day at some of our fun filled attractions, Big Surf, The Outlet Mall, boating, parasailing,  etc...

Enjoy the Golf mecca of the Midwest, try your luck with a rod and reel or relax with some of the state's best shopping!  Be sure to check the event calendar for what's going on while you're here.  Just do a search for Lake of the Ozarks activities and you will find more than you bargained for.

Payment
To reserve your date send Security Deposit and Cleaning fee.  The Rental Rate and taxes are due 30 days prior to your arrival and as late at 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Refund Policy
Full refunds are given if cancellation occurs at least 30 days in advance of arrival. See the rental agreement for complete details.  Travel insurance is recommended for the comfort of the renter. 

Check in/out
Check in time is 3 PM Central Time. Check-out is 10 AM Central Time.  Arrival and departure times are relaxed if another vacationer isn't booked the same day.

Parking
One premium parking space is reserved to the unit and is marked.  Additional parking is located directly behind assigned parking.  Parking for boat trailers is located just past the main entrance to the condo complex.  Trailers are not allowed in the auto parking area.

General Conditions
This is a Non-Smoking condo. Smoking is allowed outside, on the decks (upstairs and downstairs), with the doors kept shut.  We are unable to rent to students or singles under the age of 25 (unique exceptions considered) and require photo identification for the renting party.

Larger Groups
This condo is ideally suited to accommodate up to 9 guests. Larger crowd, that's ok, our neighbor, one flight up and over, has a 3 bedroom 2 bath that will accommodate and additional 6-8 quests, and the view from his condo is to die for!  You won't even feel that you are seperated from your other guests, it's that close! 

Disclaimer
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.  The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

Use of the Premises
Renters will remove trash and rubbish and place in the condo complex trash containers.  Renters will obey all posted tennis court, playground, dock, and swimming pool rules, especially with regard to prohibited of glass containers in and around pool areas.  Renters will not be able to hang clothing or towels on railings, gates or decks.  This is a condo complex with very few full time residents!  All
renters must observe condo complex "quiet time" from 10 PM to 8 AM on
weekdays and Midnight to 8 AM on weekends.
