Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment in a wonderful location in Playa del Carmen. It belongs 
to a small 
complex of 8 exclusive apartments that have a private terrace each, and share a rooftop solarium 
with a dip 
pool and wonderful ocean view.
The condo is on the third floor, set on two levels and has 3 private bedrooms, each with its own 
full bathroom, 
which will give you great privacy. The dining room, for up to 8 persons, is the perfect place to 
share and enjoy a 
good meal. The kitchen is ample and well furnished.
We are half a block from the beach, and one block form the 5th avenue where you will find all kinds 
of 
restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping and great nightlife.
One of the most enjoyable thing about our apartments is that you can walk everywhere. Most places of 
interest 
are within 5 to 10 minutes walking, so you can have fun and relax!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Another great thing about our place is daily cleaning, included in the rate. Also included is 
wireless internet, 
cable TV, change of towels and linens and purified bottled water.
All spaces have air conditioning, and the bedrooms have fans also. Each bedroom has its own TV.
The decoration is fresh and elegant, with original paintings, touches of wood and plants. The 
bathrooms are 
furnished with organic amenities. 
The bedrooms are set on two different levels. On the first level is the main bedroom with one king 
size bed, its 
own bathroom. This bedroom leads to a private terrace with Jacuzzi, garden view. The kitchen and 
dining room 
are also on this level. 
Up a tropical wood stair to the second level, are the two other private bedrooms and two bathrooms. 
Each one 
of this bedrooms has two single beds. 
In the living room are two sofa beds to accommodate 2 extra persons if necessary.

Activities and Attractions

There are many thins to do close to the apartments. The beach offers swiming, sun bathing, 
snorqueling, scuba 
diving (there are several diving shops very near the apartment), sailing, parachuting, fishing... On 
the 5th 
avenue you will find fancy or relaxed places to enjoy good food, great places to have a margarita or 
a beer, 
some of the best night clubs in the region. Shopping in Playa is a wonderful experience. You will 
find typical 
goods as well as famous brands at duty free prices.
Around Playa del Carmen you´ll also find many exciting activities like horseback riding on the 
beach, ATV, eco 
parks, water parks, Mayan Ruins, beautiful beaches... we can help you plan you trip so you make the
