tourists. If you like to relax on the beach while your kids play with
the powdery sand, or take a
wonderful family day trip to jungle eco-adventures, safe and
thrilling, you will find what you are
looking for in Playa del Carmen. The beach is stunning. The 5th avenue,
pedestrian street miles long, is always
exciting for big and small, full of ice cream parlors, coffee shops,
street bars, lots of
restaurants, wonderful shopping. Weather is always good. Even if it
rains a bit during summer, it
all goes away quickly and here comes the sun!
This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Playa. We mean it. The idea is that
you forget about taxis or
cars. You ll find everything 3 to 10 minutes walking distance.
Starting from associate Zenzi beach club
where you can spend all day under the sun, swimming or practicing
water sports. They offer you breakfast on the beach a free use of sunbeds and shades for only $5.00 US! That is relaxing.
The closest restaurant is donwstairs, the Tabernacos, with canadian specialty dining, great wine too! Have some poutine!

In the apartment you ll have all the facilities to cook if you want
a quick breakfast for the little
ones, food for the baby, some snacks for your teens, some beers for you in
the fridge... There are several convenience stores nearby and a Walmart for larger buys.

The apartment has three private bedrooms and three bathrooms, and all
with complete privacy so you may
rest after a wonderful day together. Each apartment has A/C and cable
TV, as well as wireless
internet in the lobby area. Daily cleaning and change of towels and linens is included so you may all find everything tidy when you come back to relax. We also include some very nice organic amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). Purified bottled water will be available in your apartment upon arrival as a courtesy.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Please consider we do not have an elevator.
Upon entering you will find a large living room, next to it the
dining room for 8 persons in very
nice tropical wood. Partially covered by an original piece of art is
a comfortable kitchen
fully furnished for your needs. The door leads to the master room
with a king size bed, large
storage space, cable TV, its own full bathroom. This room leads to a
private terrace with hot tub.

Up a tropical wood stair you will find the other two private bedrooms.
Both have the same layout: 2
single beds, cable TV, storage space, a full bathroom. They both
share a little terrace with plants
and flowers.
All the spaces have air conditioned, and we keep everything spotless.
One floor is the solarium with a stunning view of the
Caribbean, a small pool and plenty
of lounge chairs to relax and enjoy he view.
In the living room are two sofa beds to accommodate 2 extra persons
if necessary.

There are many things to do for all the family close to this spacious 3 bedroom
condo. The beach offers swimming,
sun bathing, playing with the powdery sand
Snorqueling, scuba
Diving (there are several diving shops very near the apartment),
sailing, parachuting, fishing...
It is  the perfect occasion to reconnect with your kids and your loved
one.
The 5th avenue you will find fancy or relaxed places to enjoy good
food, great places to have a
margarita or a beer, some of the best night clubs in the region.
Shopping in Playa is a wonderful
experience. You will find typical goods as well as famous brands at
duty free prices.
