Absolutely Perfect!

We were looking for a nice place to spend our winter vacations, something not in a hotel, since hotels are really not personal, and I did not want to spend an arm and a leg, so I decided to rent a condo. I started looking, and found this property. The transaction went really smooth, and we arrived at the property where we first met Katrina and Fred.
Let me tell you, they do a wonderful job, the attention to detail was fantastic, they showed us how everything works and they even greeted us with some goodies given it was holiday season! Thanks Katrina we enjoyed the so much, yummi! Just from the first day we felt just like Home! The property is exactly as advertised, and Katrina keeps it really tidy and perfectly clean. I would rather stay in this property next time rather than in a hotel, this is home!
St Petersburg is so much fun, there is a lot of stuff to do, the Dali Museum is awsome, Chihuly Gallery is amazing, and walking thru Beach Drive there is always something to do. There are numerous places where to dine out in St Pete. There is a good stack of brochures and info in the property that tells you where to dine out or where to order to the property, everything is so convenient.
This property has really great location such that if you want to go somewhere else than St Pete, Tampa is 12 minutes away and the freeway is just a couple of minutes away, Publix (supermarket) is 5 minutes away. The only sad part was that our vacations were over, we could have stayed longer, but we are back with the most wonderful memories from our great vacations in St Pete. But rest assured, we are definitely coming back! Katrina thanks so much, you made our vacations really memorable....Many thanks again!

also wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt .. die wohnung,die umgebung,die vermieter einfach alles war schön ! uns hat es sehr gefreut die vermieter heike und fritz persönlich kennen zu lernen :) und denkt dran nächstes jahr machen wir 100% wieder urlaub bei euch ! da freuen wir uns jetzt schon drauf.
alles im allem war der urlaub wirklich PERFEKT !!! es ist wirklich empfehlenswert..

Wir haben auch unser "Grillfest" mit euch bei uns sehr genossen! Ich denke mal, das war ein sehr schoener Abschluss fuer den Urlaub.

Wir moechten natuerlich, dass euer Urlaub PERFEKT ist! Das ist unser Ziel und dafuer arbeiten wir wirklich hart! Wir bieten unseren Gaesten viele "Extras" wie z.B. die gewohnte deutsche Bettwaesche, wofuer alle bisher mehr als dankbar waren ... wer deckt sich schon gerne mit einem Betttuch zu und das mit 2 Leuten !!!???
Das ist schon mal ein grosser Vorteil bei uns - deutscher Standard the American Way!
Auch fuer euer "leibliches Wohl" ist bei uns gesorgt!
Wir haben immer etwas fuer die 1.Nacht, bzw. den 1.Morgen danach fuer euch bereit ... wie Kaffee, Zucker, Puder-Milch, Wasser in Flaschen, Snacks u.v.m.
Wir wissen, dass viele nach einem mehr als anstrengenden Flug einfach nicht noch einkaufen moechten. Daher gibt es alles fuer die Ankunft bei uns ...bei uns steht keiner vor einem leeren Kuehlschrank bzw. Schrank!!
Wir haben einen Ordner mit den wichtigsten Informationen und Karten fuer "Publix und WinnDixie" ... damit keine Zeit mit SUCHEN vergeudet wird.

Dieses sehr gepflegte und sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienhaus lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen. Wer "Couching" oder "Bed-Zapping" liebt, kann entweder im Wohnzimmer oder im Schlafzimmer exklusiv mehr als 96 Sender im Kabel-TV durchzappen. Die Einrichtung ist bis aufs Detail liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei auf jedem Iphone bzw. Laptop.
Nur wenige Schritte entfernt sind Pool und Whirlpool, ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und fast immer menschenleer.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Ghandy-Boulevard-Street von St. Petersburg und daher so zentral, dass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Strand schnell zu erreichen sind.
Ein Top-Haus, günstig und trotzdem mit luxuriösem Touch. Veredelt wird dieses "Domizil" durch nette, fürsorgliche Vermieter, die sich stets höflich im Hintergrund halten, nicht aufdringlich sind und trotzdem immer sofort zur Stelle sind, wenn Not ist.
Eine Top-Adresse an den schönsten Stränden Floridas!!!
