The house is 3500 sq. feet, boasts a HUGE 1200 sq.f. deck, a massive
wall fireplace and open floorspace. With 7 bedrooms and 3 1/2
bathrooms it can accomodate a large family or a group, making it the
perfect year-round retreat with all the conveniences of home. The
property features a stone patio, outdoor BBQ pit, garden, large
lawn, pond with small stream.
The house can be combined with our sister property#41878 to accommodate larger groups of 25 to 60 people.

vacation rental rates
Rates are based on the season, number of people in party,
availability and duration of stay. The property is available on a
daily/weekly/monthly basis as well as for the entire season.
Midweek specials for the ski season start at $550 per night, 2 night
minimum stay.
We are not able to take reservations for proms/graduation parties. Minimum average rental age of 21 for the
reserving party is required.
