area, downstairs bath/Laundry room has shower toliet and washer/dryer.  Outdoor sink for fish 
cleaning. Large patio area under house with picnic table and swing. Wrap around Deck. walking 
distance to the beach 2/10ths of a mile or 2 blocks, close to post office, walking distance to
stores, new central heat and air, TV - no cable,

Large patio area with outdoor sink, picnic table and swing. Fully Furnished. Linens provided.
Golf cart available to rent additional $50.00 per day. Modern appliances, new central heat and air.

Vacation Rental Rates

$125.00 per night for up to 6 people, $10.00 per night for each additional person.

availability.

$100.00 deposit Additional 50.00 deposit if stay is over 3 nights $300.00 deposit for a week.
$100.00 additional deposit for pets ($25.00 non-refundable)
