Nestled between historic Saratoga Springs and Lake George is this  
magnificent waterfront home located on a pristine portion of the  
Upper Hudson River in the Adirondack Park Preserve (a park sanctuary  
the size of Rhode Island!). Right in the backyard, you can swim in  
the tranquil water, boat, canoe, water ski, or lounge on a float  
with a book and a beverage.  
   There’s a full eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a  
washer and dryer, a Webber gas grill, 2 car garage, Whole-House  
Audio with Volume Controls in the Kitchen, Dining Room / Living Room  
and covered Porch (bring your CDs), DVD player, High-Speed Internet  
Access and a Fax Machine upon request. If you have a boat, dock it  
in the backyard. Need anything? Just let us know. Our goal is to  
make your vacation experience the best it can be.

Activities and Attractions

Head out to the horse races or the “Saratoga Racino” in Saratoga  
Springs. Enjoy the finest restaurants, ballet, and concerts  
(Philadelphia Orchestra, New York City Ballet, Saratoga Music  
Festival, as well as Jazz, Country and Rock shows at The Saratoga  
Performing Arts Center). Tour the Saratoga battlefield  
(site of the “turning point” in the American Revolution).  
   In Lake George, dance and dine on one of the remarkable cruise  
ships, parasail, scuba dive, shop the outlets, or ride the roller  
coasters with the kids at The Great Escape. In the winter Ski,  
Snowboard or Snowtube at West Mountain (10 minutes from the house)  
or Gore Mountain (50 minutes from the house). Snowmobile the Warren  
or Saratoga County Trail System.
