is a 3,650 sq. ft. luxury executive home in an exclusive gated
community. One of the very best locations, just off the “Golden Mile”
Avenue 49; minutes from top golf resorts in La Quinta, just around the
corner from the Empire Polo Club, La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells
Tennis Gardens. Perfect for your golf foursome, family or corporate
retreat.

Large 1/3 acre lot with maximum privacy for outdoor entertaining,
dining, lounging and swimming. 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths on one level.
Home comfortably sleeps 10 people. (16 using the Queen sofa-bed in the
Great Room, and the 2 Queen air-bed in the Master). Total of 9
separate bed units available.

This one of a kind home is beautifully upgraded with custom paint,
granite & tile work, fireplace, pot-filler above the cooktop, outdoor
fire-pit, and much more. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and HDTV with
DVD or VCR. Three bedrooms are luxury suites with private attached
baths. Other two bedrooms have a bathroom and powder bath across the
hall.

Fabulous fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters
and backsplash, gas cooktop with pot-filler, stainless steel
appliances, double oven with convection, microwave, refrigerator with
ice & water dispensers.

Relax on the large back patio area around the private and heated
custom salt-water pool & spa, cascading rock waterfall, pool tanning
shelf, lush and colorful landscaping of palm & citrus trees,
aromatics, and cool turf areas. The dramatic night lighting comes on
automatically, and you can watch the dancing flames in the outdoor
fire-pit.

Jandy digital in-house controller/monitor for the pool and spa allows
you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house, and
gives you a digital read-out of the pool temperature, the spa
temperature and the outside air temperature.

Other amenities include telephone with free local and unlimited
long-distance calling, free high-speed wireless internet, a
fully-equipped laundry room with new washer & dryer, ironing board &
iron. The hot water re-circulating system gives you “instant-on” hot
water at every faucet without waiting for the water to warm up.

The location just does not get any better. The La Quinta Resort/Hotel,
the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La
Quinta golf courses are very close, about 5 minutes away by car. It
is almost walking-distance to the Empire Polo Fields. This is your

week, depending on the dates.

in La Quinta area. Location does not get any better, near top golf
resorts in La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, La Quinta
Resort/Hotel, Old Town La Quinta, Empire Polo Fields, Horse Show
grounds & top casinos. Home has gorgeous private pool/spa, outdoor
fire-pit, pool table…not enough room to list all amenities. One of the
few larger homes NOT located on a golf course. This means peace, quiet
& privacy.

Beyond 15 guests (including children of any age) surcharge of
$100/each. Monthly rentals do not pay tax but do pay utilities. Homes
are in quiet, private, upscale neighborhoods. They are not “party
houses”. 10pm-8am is “Quiet Time” within the gates of most developments

date. Last Minute booking of a 2 night stay, 40% off; 3 night stay,
45% off; 4 night stay, 50% off. We have many luxury homes, so there is
a good chance we will have a home available at a discount. The “Last
Minute” Special does not apply to holidays or other high demand dates.
