This is your opportunity to rent the whole home , four bedrooms,
private pool and 2 baths all for the price of one hotel room.

You can see the DISNEY FIREWORKS nightly by our pool.

This is a Four Bedroom/Two Bathroom home located in the peaceful
subdivision of Davenport Estates which is only 10 Minutes from
Disney. This house comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen
with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,dishes and more. We
have a washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. There is a
master Suite with a Queen bed and walk in closet.The other three
bedrooms have a Queen bed, a Queen size and two twin beds. We
have a crib and high chair available for your use. We have four TV's
equipped with cable, a DVD player and Playstation.

New Living room furniture December 2011 and all appliances replaced in the last year. New Flooring throughout the house in the year 2011. We keep our house updated and upgraded for our guests. We want you to Enjoy your vacation in a nice home away from home. What you see is what you get!

We also have WIRELESS INTERNET so bring your laptop. There is a
webber grill for your use by the pool.

You can see the DISNEY FIREWORKS nightly by the pool. There are
many prestigious golf courses in the area. There is a grocery store
and a Super Walmart within a mile of the house.

The house is only 10 minutes to Disney World, 25 minutes to Sea
World, 20 minutes to Universal Studios, 35 minutes from the Orlando
International Airport. For the golfers there are over 20 courses
within a half hour radius.

Check in time would be 4:00 pm on Saturday and check out is at 11:00
am the following Saturday. The house will be cleaned on your day of
arrival and when you leave. Please try and keep the house in the
same condition as when you arrived.

Relax and Enjoy a whole house instead of a paying more for a single
hotel room. This is our very own private house and we have no rear
neighbors.

This is a non-smoking house and sorry but pets are not allowed.

2012 Rates are $699.00 plus 12% tax. Holiday weeks are $799.00 plus 12% tax.

First non-hotel experience

Having never rented a home for a family vacation before, we were hesitant and so VERY pleasantly surprise! Not only was the home lovely, we were able to wash clothes, cook meals and have as much time together or seperate (in our own rooms) that we wanted. Coming home from the parks to a private pool was just an added bonus. Being so close to Disney as well as grocery stores and restaurants helped to make our trip more enjoyable. We look forward to our next trip and will always stay in this home!

Food Allergies? This house is your solution!

Exceeded my expectations. This was my first time renting a vacation home over staying at a hotel. I was a little leery of the procedure, but Janet was more than helpful and everything worked out perfectly. One of my children suffers from severe food allergies so staying on Disney property and relying on the dining plan was out. This house was the perfect solution. This house is MUCH cleaner than any hotel I've ever stayed at, and plenty big enough for everyone to stay out of each other's way. And talk about cost effective! The total price of the house, groceries and a rental car was still less than staying at a Disney Moderate resort.

We had breakfast each day at the house, brought our lunches into the parks, and were back at the house each night to cook dinner. Super WalMart and Publix are just around the corner, and carried most of the dairy and nut free products we normally buy at home.

Each day, it was a short drive to Disney, only about 15 to 20 minutes to World Drive, and then each of the parks is only an additional short distance from there.

The house was great, we will definitely refer our friends and will consider it our first choice if we return to the Disney area! Loved the WiFi, it was awesome to be able to look at our days Disney photoPass pictures each night on our laptop.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Family Vacation

We have stayed in many motels, But this was the so much more better. We brought our Daughter (27)and Grand daughter (4). We love them to death but everyone needs their space, lol. The house was very clean and with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths there was more than enough room. We went to Disney 4 days, Came back swam in our own pool by ourselves! Got up in the morning drank coffee out by the pool swam some more. My Grand daughter loved Disney, but I think we could have just stayed at the house and relaxed and it would have been the perfect vacation.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing
