Vacation Rental Description

Experience this two bedroom/two bath second floor condo with great 
views of the golf course and waterway. Discover the convenience of 
your own private elevator from your garage to your kitchen.  There 
is a screened in porch with triple sliders to the living room  
open dining area and kitchen.  Completely furnished with a well 
equiped kitchen.  There is a golf cart for your use that seats 4 to 
travel within the community.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Your rental includes the use of our club house which is second to 
none. Just a short walk up the street you will find a club house 
that offers a beautiful lobby and exquisite dining.  There is a ball 
room, movie theater, bowling alley, crafts room, media room, card 
room, billard room, gym, and a pro shop all located on one of 
central Florida's finest 18 hole golf courses and a 400 acre lake.

Activities and Attractions

Most of the activities are included in your rental for example:  
Bowling, Media Room, Movie Theater, Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Game 
Room, Billards, oh and don't forget Monday morning coffee at 9:00 AM 
in the ballroom where you will be informed of all the up to date 
activities going on that week in Lake Ashton.  One mile up the 
street outside the community is a Publix's Grocery Store, a large 
shopping mall and a flee market.  Cypress Gardens is around the 
corner about a 5 min drive, Disney World is 45 min North, and 
Legends Field is 45 min west in Tampa.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,700.00 per month with a min. of a 2 month rental. Available 
Nov through April each year seasonally.
