Vacation Rental Description

Beach Front View - at Maravilla Resort.   This unit at Maravilla is 
in the Desirable Building 2, which is parallel with the Beach. All 
other buildings are perpendicular to the beach with very limited 
views.  Unit also comes with Seasonal Beach Service with includes 
two chairs and an umbrella at the beach ($25/day value), many others 
do not include this.  Includes High Speed Internet

Unit has 3 TVs with 2 DVD / VCR Combo Units, Stereo in living area. 
High Speed Internet, Newly updated furniture and painting.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Maravilla has 2.5 Acres Deeded Private Beach, 2 Pools (1 Beachfront, 
1 Heated), Hot Tub, Exercise room, Clubhouse, Tennis, Shuffleboard, 
Charcoal Grill (BBQ).  

Activities and Attractions

The new Destin Commons Shopping Center, with 12 theatre cinema, 
Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, countless restaurants in the 
area, Championship Golf Courses, deep sea fishing, dolphin watching, 
nature preserves, water sports and boat rentals are all located in 
very close poximity. You’ll likely find yourself wondering "what 
should I do first?"

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring:   March - May - From $675 / week
Summer:   June - Mid August - From $1275 / week
Late Summer:  Late August - Early October - From $650/ week
Fall / Winter:  From $550 / week

Rates do not include taxes and cleaning fees.
